If you're looking for something different or just starting out then this program is for you. This isn't just for summer shredding but more so shredding all year round.

This program consists of five workouts a week with two rest days. The rest days could either be fully for rest or you could turn it into an active rest depending on how you feel and want.

During this program your strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness will be tested. You'll never do the same workout twice because every single workout along the next eight weeks is completely different. A variety of training methods are thrown into one. From your normal bodybuilding moves to your crossfit exercises. Circuit/HIIT training also plays a huge role.

This will mold you into someone much greater than when you started. But enough talking, let's get to work!
